This one adds a funnel mechanic. Begin the game by creating three pirates, when one of your pirates dies, the others gain a skill that would help them avoid a similar death!

This is an extremely clever highly lethal funnel; deeply thematic, macabre, and with six delightful incitements to high seas adventures. Would absolutely throw this in my go back with a handful of dice to bust out at the slightest opportunity.
