This issue provides some tables to make your players feel bad for doing the thing the game incentivized them for doing *. Let them know how close that dead goblin was to retirement, and how many family members they've left behind. Learn their name and the goal they'll never accomplish because they're dead now! Maybe the players were the real monsters all along...

Could alternately be used as an NPC generator? Just ignore all the bits about death.
