Bittyburg is a minimalist city planning game designed flippantly as the result of an offhand challenge to make a game of this type without using the concept of "adjacency". The result became something I'm actually quite proud of that is easy to learn, plays quickly, and has a fairly broad decision space.

Update (09/08/2019): Added more verbose rules, adjusted order of zones to improve flow, added Rec Centre municipal building and replaced Dock with Garbage Dump.

Use the same dice for the whole group. At a certain point you might need someone calling, like in bingo.
